Signet ETP is an Organic Polymer, which acts as an additive in enhancing the life of lead Acid batteries, it breaks down the Sulfation which occurs inside the battery, into smaller & finer crystalline particles which eventually get dissolved in the electrolyte, & help in increasing the life of battery. |

is the material /chemical? |

Signet ETP is an organic polymer, not a chemical. It is
free from any hazard till it is not poured in battery. |

How does Signet ETP work? |
|
| |
|
Signet ETP, is to be added to the battery & the battery is to be put to charge. As heat passes through the battery plates the ETP dissolves it forms a layer (similar to the electroplating process) outside the positive & negative plates, there by breaking down the sulphation.

How
Much Qty. Should I put in Battery? |

|
Generally the dosage of additive is decided by Amp. Hr.
(Ah) capacity of battery. It should be 10% of Ah capacity
qty. in cc/ml per cell. Example 120 Ah, 6 cell battery
will need 12 cc qty.x 6=72 cc additive. (Ah capacityx0.10=qty.cc
per cell). |

How does Signet ETP improve life of battery? |
|

|
As the sulphation occurring inside the battery, is broken down, the contact area on the battery plates increases where by the conductivity increases, the electrolytic density also increases which in turn increases the SP. Gravity & thus is helps is increasing the life of battery. |

How
long it takes to revive battery? |
|
| |
|
It again depends on battery conditions, but improvement
can be noticed from specific gravity & voltage of
each cell in 7-10 days time. |

Should
I use Signet-ETP in new battery? |
|
| |
|
Yes it is better; you prevent the accumulation of Sulfation
in the beginning, protect the battery plates & prolong
discharge time. |

Does the application of Signet ETP improve the Quality of the battery? |
|
| |
|
Unfortunately, the application of Signet ETP, DOES NOT improve the Quality of battery, it only improves the Life of the Lead Acid battery, so if the quality supplied by the manufacturer is faulty, then it shall remain the same even after application of the product, however if the life mentioned by the manufacturer is 2 years, with the help of the ETP it can comfortably be taken to 4 or more years. |

How
frequently should I add Signet-ETP? |

This is just once a year treatment, add only once a year.
|

What
about battery nearing completion of life? |
|
| |
|
Such battery too can be treated with additive, the remaining
life will be increased, but we suggest you contact our
engineer, who will guide you for charging pattern if required
to revive capacity of battery. |

Will
it increase capacity of battery? |
|
| |
|
No, it will only improve / double the life of battery,
not like 100 Ah battery will become 150Ah. Off course
this will help 100 ah battery to work at its max capacity. |

it make my battery maintenance free? |

| |
|
Sorry, there will be no change in your battery construction
or maintenance, you need to continue follow regular maintenance
practices, it will only make your battery work at optimum
capacity for much longer life then manufacturer has given. |

Will
it revive all type of dead batteries? |

| |
|
Batteries that have lost capacity due to Sulfation will
revive. Battery short-circuited or damage or grid collapsed
cannot be revived. |

Not at all, the ETP is an organic polymer & is not hazardous to the battery or the Human life. |
